We first opened with a small crew and we have now grown into the premier company in Knoxville. We value customer service above all else, and strive to deliver excellence to the best of our ability. We are licensed, insured, and skilled in the most difficult tree extractions. We are members of the International Society of Arboriculture, the Tree Care Association of America, and Better Business Bureau-Knoxville chapter. Daily equipment and vehicle inspections are conducted by crew supervisors. ETTS has an onsite, experienced mechanic for equipment repairs and preventative maintenance. The operations manager has regular safety meetings with the crews to facilitate the continued education of employees. East TN Tree Service staff and crew operate by the ANSI Z133 (American National Standard) Safety Requirements which is the most current safety practices in our industry.
